Name: Ecologically Grown Honey Dew White, 75 g.

This full-bodied, "ecologically grown" and sun-dried white tea, has a lovely white melon finish and a smooth mouth feel.

We visited tea farmer K.C. Chen, who took us up into the mountains of central Taiwan to personally view the healthy, happy tea plants that are grown "ecologically" ~ without chemical pesticides or fertilizers and allowing other plants to grow alongside the tea plants as if they were grown wild.  We like this approach to tea, in which a tea farmer monitors the growth and progress of the tea yet allows Nature to do its best work.

This (unflavored), single-estate, full-bodied white tea has a smooth mouth feel and a nice white melon finish. It is a fabulous tea to store and age, as each year its taste mutates into something even lovelier.  We tasted last year's white, which now tastes like violets.  Mmmmmmm....
